Skin Dryness Is Not A Problem Anymore

September 7th, 2010

If you suffer from dry skin you are not alone. Thousands of women all over the world have the same problem. There are many different skin care options available to combat dry skin. You might be confused in thinking which product would work for you. By observing many clients, I noticed that many of my clients have the same root of this problem. Let’s start.

What we do when we do not have enough water in our body? Right, we drink water! This is the same with our skin! Give our skin water! After following this advice and just drinking water, a lot of my clients started feel better. Of course, this will not solve your dry skin problem, but this is just and this is an essential! You do not expect a flower grow pretty if you don not give it enough water! This is the same with our skin. Water is your first dry skin product!

Your second skin care product is a good moisturizer. And I do not mean an expensive one. Since every woman has different skin, there is no uniform solution. We have to try quite a few to find what would be perfect for you. Some lotions will give you the oily effect. You will notice fast that it is not your lotion.

My clients love products from my professional line. These products are available on the market and they don’t have any side effects. But my point is you don’t have to buy fancy stuff to make you skin soft. Visit your local “whole-body” store. They sell all kinds of skin care products as soaps body butter and so on.

Next, we have to protect our skin from the environment. The good idea is to use some sun block. According to the experts the sun rays are one of the major causes of our dry skin. There is moisturizer present in the sun block and it helps fighting against the dryness.

Your trouble areas like behind the knees, elbows and feet might be easily handled and softened with the Aloe Vera which is also being used to heal the burns and bug bites. You just have to put a little squeeze of the gel directly on the bad areas. Give it time to do the work.

Now, here is one very effective method to make your elbow skin soft again. Warm up some sunflower oil to the body temperature and pour it into two bowls. Put your elbows there and keep them there for five minutes. After that just rub them with pumice bar and slather with coconut oil at the end, because it is very oily and it is very good in maintaining the skin.

All, who followed these advices maintain soft skin and it should work for you as well. However this is just a starting point on the long way of keeping your skin soft and beautiful. The good idea is to visit your local specialist to get advice more suitable for your very unique skin.
