Reduce Stretch Marks Fast
Stretch marks are caused by skin damage due to the skin reaching reaching it’s elasticity limit. You can also encourage the growth on your skin, by rubbing lotion into it. I suggest that you get some basic lotion and apply it after you have had a wash. Really rub it into your skin and stimulate it as much as you can.
One of the most effective ways of getting better skin (and overall health) is to ensure that your eating the right kind of diet. Cut out all the junk food and focus on eating fruit and vegetables. You can even go on whats called a “fruit diet” for a few days where you eat just fruit and drink water and thats it. This is a great way to detox your body and clean out your system.
