Microdermabrasion: Beating Cold-Weather Skin Woes

January 24th, 2012

Crisp and flaky. These are the two words we hear quite a lot during wintertime associated with the weather: crisp, cold air and soft, flaky snow. What we do not like it associated with, ever, is our skin. Unfortunately, the ever-decreasing temperature wreaks damage to our skin and performs its optimum to turn our skin “crisp and flaky.”

The frosty, dry air deprives our skin of all the moisture, suppleness, and radiance; and sometimes, no matter how we hydrate, we still can’t maintain the seasonal change. This is especially hard for the skin on our faces. Exfoliation, deeper wrinkles, and more fine lines probably may appear during these situations. Staying inside your home with artificial heating doesn’t necessarily suggests we’re free either. It doesn’t deal with the other element of the matter, which is, dry skin.

An easy way to deal with this is make sure that our skin-specifically the skin on our face-has access to better moisturization. Glopping on lotions and agents on skin that has a thick layer of lifeless, dried up build up of dead skin cells is not really useful. Instead, find a way to scrub that part to ensure that your skin can get access to all the products that you are applying. Microdermabrasion machine solutions for example, are a great way to eradicate that topmost part. It’ll scrape off the dead, boring skin and take out obstructions; in addition, it’s going to reveal newer, more radiant looking skin.

If going to the health spa to have treatments is not for you-regardless of whether you find it too costly or a lot of a challenge schedule-wise-you have the choice of investing in an at home microdermabrasion machine. These are almost like their expert models used in skin clinics and spas except a lot more sleek and stylish and less robust. They’re purposely created to be like that to make it less difficult and less hazardous for regular people to employ.

There are several microdermabrasion machine names and models to choose from and all under $ 300. Pretty good for something you could apply over and over again. Don’t let winter deprive you of your glow; and allow crisp and flaky to the weather.
