How To Remove Zits

Getting zits can be really embarrassing, especially if you have to meet some one or have a date. I’m going to show you a few ways to prevent getting them and how to get rid of them if you already have them.

Before I go into how you can easily remove them, lets cover a few ways that you can prevent getting them in the first place. The first things that I want to mention, is diet. Eating the right foods is essential to good healthy skin. Try and eat your 5 fruits and vegetables a day and drink plenty of water.

The next thing, is you need to be eating a healthy diet. You are what you eat and your skin is a reflection of your health. Stop with all the junk food and begin to eat fruits and you’ll notice the difference almost instantly.

For those reading this who already do have zits, you should take action right away. It’s silly to just leave them and let them spread, so begin treating them and removing them whilst you still can. Because I can tell you that you will have a tough time getting rid of them if they turn into full blown acne. You can start by simply washing your face a few times a day and then covering them with some clean tissue paper whilst you sleep.

You can also try using toothpaste on your zits if you like. This is good because it drys our the zits and usually makes them disappear. Plus, it’s so easy just to grab some and stick it on that you may as well at least give it a try. The best thing to do is to apply it to each zit, wrap it with tissue and then leave it overnight. You can then remove it the next day.

At this point, you should have everything you need to get rid of zits. But if you still seem to have trouble, then go and see your Doctor and ask them to recommend a good dermatologist for more advice.
