While doing these exercises will help you a lot you will also need to becareful on what kind of foods you eat. Eat fruits and vegetables often, they contain powerful anti oxidants that eliminate free radicals. Avoid eating junk foods, liquor and cigarettes. Make sure that in your daily diet to take vitamins E, C and A, they are essential for the correct function of your body and your immune system.
